EXCHANGES

Odd Classic only accepts national size changes. For national -mainland Spain- exchanges, the first size change you make will be free (except for discounted products), from the 2nd change and above as well as for discounted items, the cost will be at your expense, and will cost €6 that must be paid through the following link.

In case you want to make a size change from outside Spain, we recommend you to submit a new order as soon as possible so you make sure the size will not run out of stock and once you do that, you proceed to return the item received.

The items will only be eligible for size exchanges within 15 days of receipt of the shipment, and as long as it is in perfect conditions. 

In case you only want to change one of the parts, bikini top or bikini bottom, you only have to return that part and put it in the cotton bag. In a situation where the cotton bag is not retuned, an extra 1,5€ will be requested in order to proceed with the size exchange.

RETURNS

All return must be communicated within a period of 14 days from the day the order was received. In case you want to proceed with it, you will have to request a return in the self return portal.

Once your request has been completed  you will receive a return label via email and we will wait for your order to arrive.

Once we receive it, we will check that everything is in perfect condition (garment as it was received, with the labels on, without stains or damage, in its cotton bag), and if everything is correct, we will proceed to refund your order. Every return has a flat cost which will depend on its shipping expenses.  This cost will be according to what is stablished in the following table (see cost by destination in the table below) and will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

We will try to make the refund of the amount as soon as the package gets to our offices, but bear in mind, all exchanges and returns will be processed within 7 working days after we receive the item. All refunds will be returned to the original method of payment used at time of purchase. 

In case the cotton bag is not retuned, an extra 1,5€ will be deducted.

For item(s) purchased on sales of 50% or above its actual value, there won’t be a possibility of return or exchange. 

In case you wish to send it on your own, you can use any logistics service as long as it is traceable, in case it does not arrive for any reason not attributed to Odd Classic, we will not bear responsability for the loss and the amount of the lost product will not be returned.

If the client decides to send the package on their own, please send us an email to info@oddclassic.com an add the following information so we can keep track of your package in order to avoid any complication:

• Subject: Return
• Odd Classic order number
• Carrier you have sent the package
• Tracking number

In the event that the return is for reasons attributed to Odd Classic, we will be responsable for the shipping cost;

• When by mistake in the shipment you have received a bikini that does not correspond to the order.
• In the case of tare or obvious defect, the customer will have the option to request the change or return, within a period of 15 calendar days from receipt.
• In this case, once received, the conditions of the product, the cause and reason for its return will be reviewed, and after verifying if the bikini suffers from the tare indicated by the client or from the error in the shipment according to order, ODD CLASSIC, will reserve the right to give or not to approve such exchange or return. If the causes are verified and accepted, we proceed in accordance for the change, or we refund the money, within a period not exceeding 14 days.
