Orders are processed and prepared from Monday to Friday and their delivery will be made to the exact address indicated by the customer at the time of making the online purchase. All packages are processed and shipped within one business day. Once your package is ready to send, you will receive an email with the tracking code. This code can be entered on the website of the respective distributor to be able to locate the package at any time. The transport agencies used, CORREOS do not work on Saturdays and Sundays. 

Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination and can take up to 15 days and in some cases, mainly in areas outside metropolitan areas, it could take longer. 

Both in national and international shipments, in a situation where the order is returned to us due to the absence of a recipient at both the established address and the post-delivery period where the package can be picked up at an assigned collection point, Odd Classic will not bear the cost of returning the parcel. Likewise, we will proceed to refund the value of the order deducting the cost of both shipping and return.

For PRE-ORDER orders, the normal shipping policy does not apply, but the purchased products will be reserved and once we have them available again, they will be shipped applying the standard shipping policy. Pre-orders have the possibility to be cancelled with a 100% money back guarantee before the order has been shipped, once we send out the item, it will not be possible to cancel the order anymore.
