If you need to make any change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible sending us an email  to info@oddclassic.com, while we cannot always guarantee any cancelation, we will try to help you. Bear in mind the earlier you get in touch with us the more possible we’ll be able to help you solve any error. 

Odd Classic uses different shipping carriers depending on destination and delivery time. For national orders, we offer two options;

• Correos – 2-3 working days 
• Correos Express – 1-2 working days 

For other places outside Spain we might be using other carriers depending on the destination, please bear in mind we are not responsable for the customer clearance procedure the package experiences when reaching destination  and this might suppose a delay on the order which are out of our control.

Once the order has been shipped, an email will be sent out to you with your tracking number and carrier company. In the Track My Order section you will be able to follow and get updates about your package. If you are experiencing problems our did not receive the tracking number, please email us at info@oddclassic.com 

A Pre-order is an  item that you order before we have it available in our inventory, it is common that we do a pre-order specially with does items that ran out of stock very fast and are in process of being restocked, so if anyone is interested on it, they have the possibility to make a reservation before the item to be back in stock. Pre-orders have the possibility to be cancelled with a 100% money back guarantee before the order has been shipped, once we send out the item, it will not be possible to cancel the order anymore. When this happens, the order is shipped once all items are available. If you wish to receive your available item before the pre-ordered one, please email us at info@oddclassic.com It will be always possible if an extra payment to cover shipping expenses is completed. ( In Spain Peninsula – 4€ ) and other places might vary depending on destination.

Duties and taxes vary form country to country so when making an international order, please get informed about what will you need to pay to get the package from any clearance or customs process along the way. We inform Odd Classic will not bear any cost of duties or taxes a client might experiencing when the package reaches destination. In a situation when the package is left to return and the client does not cover its duties / tax cost, once the order has returned to the Odd Classic offices, the corresponding portion will be deducted from the refund.

Orders that have been completed are final and we cannot do anything about it. However, you might be able to use it for your next purchase. 

Some of the most important tips are: 

• Hand wash separately with cold water and light detergent
• Dry in shade
• Wash immediately after use, especially in pools with high chlorine content
• Do not iron or bleach.

 In a situation where the two delivery attempts have failed due to lack of response from the receiver, the package is taken to the closest postal office where a period has been set to be collected before they proceed with its return, the time to collect tends to vary, being 15 working days the most common. In special occasions where the order returns to the Odd Classic offices, the corresponding portion to all does expenses attributed to the order (shipping cost go & return) will be deducted from the refund.
